Refund Policy

All of our products are digital ebooks and downloadable digital content. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Because our ebooks and digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, accessed, or copied immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged. There is nothing to ship back, and access cannot be revoked once a file has been downloaded.

3. Before You Buy

Please review the product description, format, and any preview material carefully before completing your order, and make sure your device can open the file format provided.

4. Technical Issues

If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue by resending or replacing the file.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorised Charges

6. Your Statutory Rights

Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel digital content purchases does not apply once the download has begun and you have agreed to immediate access. This policy does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.
